First thing’s first! Let’s start with your application. By providing the necessary information - and answering the questions provided - you’ll help us to decide if you’re a good fit for the STS Institute! As for the application fee? That will cover your background check - along with those age-old processing fees.
Step 2: Set Appointment Availability Windows + Submit Your References!
You’ve completed your application! Now, onto the next step. Tap the link below to share your availability, and to point us toward your references! A member of our team will be in touch to set up an appointment. We can’t wait to meet you!
Step 3: 2nd Round Interview!
That first interview went great! Now, it’s time for round two! Based off of the availability you expressed previously, a member of our team will set the time for a second interview. You’re almost done!
Step 4: Acceptance or Deferral.
Within 30 days of your first interview, you can expect to hear from us about Acceptance, Deferral, or Waitlist options. We’re so proud of you for taking these steps, and we can’t wait to walk this road with you.
